
Fish Processing
Your catch is expertly cleaned or filleted at the lodge then vacuum-packed, flash-frozen, and specially boxed for travel. We can also cut your fish into gourmet dinner-size portions to make it manageable (and impressive!) when you get home. If you wish, we’ll arrange to have your fish sent to
St. Jeans Cannery to be smoked in the time-honored fashion or canned, for a lasting souvenir.
